Vilen Zlotnikov was born in 1927 in the Ukrainian city of Kherson. He was 3 years old when his family moved to Kharkov.
Vilen was growing up and studying in this city until the beginning of the Second World War. In August 1941 his family was evacuated to the village of Biketovka north of Stalingrad. Here he experienced war time starvation. In August 1942 he was badly contused after explosion of the German air-bomb.
Elina Arakelyan was born in Baku, Azerbaijan (then USSR). Graduated from the Department of Physics, Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1991, and received her PhD in nuclear physics at the same University in 1994. Also holds a MSc degree in Medical Physics and Bioengineering from the University College of London, UK ( 2014).
Larmin, Oleg Vladimirovich (29.05.1926-03.02.1995) was a specialist in aesthetics, a sociologist, Doctor of Philosophy, professor. Born in Moscow. Mother, Vera Eduardovna, was a typist and raised two children (sister Marina died in an accident in 1951) in poverty. Larmin’s best childhood memory was his studies at a ballet school and performances in the Bolshoi Theatre. However, due to a heart disease Oleg was unable to continue his studies. He worked as a courier and a factory worker. From an early age he showed an interest in art and science.
Dr. Gurevich graduated Medical School in USSR (MD) and continued his PhD studies in Israel. Dr. Gurevich worked in University in Jerusalem and different R&D laboratories in Israel. In Canada, Dr. Gurevich has status of Assistant Professor in University of Toronto and BioMedical Research Consulting. The areas of scientific interest are antioxidants, anti-aging and cancer R&D.
Postolaki Alexander Illarion. born on 22.02.1972, in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. My career started as a medical ordery in the operating unit of "Central Emergency Hospital" from 1987 to 1989. Graduated from the Medical Faculty of the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemitanu" Republic of Moldova in 1996.
