Vitali Guitberg 

My name is Vitaly Guitberg, I am a candidate architecture, in 1992 moved from Moscow for permanent residence in Canada, in Toronto.  In addition to my professional work I am also a President and CEO of an independent, non-profit corporation "Alliance of Technology and Science Specialists of Toronto Inc. (ATSS)", existing since 1991, in which has since registered more than 1000 highly qualified specialists, who came to Canada from different countries of the CIS, Europe and worldwide. However, mostly, I'd like introduce myself as the author of an innovative «Methodology of Computerized Systems Analysis and Design (MCAD)"© that is a base for development a unique system of "Intelligent Information and Expert / Design System (II&ES)”© and several of its applications in various fields of human endeavor, including medicine and e-government, which is done by me in collaboration with my colleagues.
